Question Delivery time?
AnswerAll orders are shipped within 10 working days. If you want a faster delivery, you can always contact me by phone, send a WhatsApp, text message or email.
Question Is there a guarantee?
AnswerEach product has a 6-month warranty. If something is wrong within this period, it will be repaired completely free of charge. Just send an email, text message or WhatsApp with your order number and what went wrong. Then send it back to:

Question Betaalmethode - CreditClick

Paying in instalments with CreditClick
CreditClick is a new way of paying for your online purchases. Do not pay the full amount immediately, but pay in instalments with a monthly amount that suits you. This can be done in instalments up to 24 months. Ideal if the big purchase just does not come true. It can be used in the Netherlands for amounts between € 100 and € 5.500. This limit will be increased to € 5,000 in the coming months.

How do you use CreditClick and what do you need?
Select ‘CreditClick’ from the list of payment options at the checkout in the webshop.
Log in as an existing CreditClick customer or register as a new customer.
As a new customer:– Enter your contact details, living situation and financial data.- Take a photo of your valid ID with your smartphone.- Choose tailor-made credit (“Krediet op Maat”) or pay in instalments (“Betaal in Termijnen”).- The credit supplier assesses your application and approves (or declines) within seconds.- Sign your credit contract digitally
As a new or existing customer:- Pay for your your purchase.The whole process, from choosing CreditClick to confirming your purchase, takes only a few minutes.

Where can you use CreditClick?
You can pay online with CreditClick in all stores that accept CreditClick and show the CreditClick logo on their website.

How does CreditClick handle my personal details?
Your data is completely safe. We respect your privacy and your data is fully protected. The data will only be used to apply for the loan and for a possible follow-up purchase with your CreditClick account.

Can I use the amount that I have repaid?
Yes, after you have paid parts of the loan back, you can re-use it up to the agreed credit limit.

Are there any cost for me?
The use of CreditClick as a payment method is free. You do pay an interest rate on the credit used. However, this interest rate is usually lower than interest rate for overdraft at the bank and / or the use of a credit card.

Can I pay off the loan earlier?
Of course. With all forms of credit it is possible to repay earlier. Obviously without any penalty. 

Question My jewel is no longer under warranty?
AnswerIf there is something wrong with your jewel and your warranty has expired, It can always be repaired to as good as new.

Question Can I return?
AnswerYou are not 100% satisfied with your choice?

You can exchange the product for another one.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Personalized products with an engraving cannot be returned.

Question Can I change the color of my cord?
AnswerYes, go to the shop> new cord> choose your new color.

Question Where can I view the products in real life?
AnswerIf you would like to view the jewellery in person, you can do so at any of our authorised dealers (link to the dealer list)
Question Which diamonds are being used?
AnswerOnly natural diamonds are used. We use white and black diamonds. The diamonds are F-G color and VS – VVS quality.
