Each product has a 6-month warranty. If something is wrong within this period, it will be repaired completely free of charge. Just send an email, text message or WhatsApp with your order number and what went wrong. Then send it back to:

If there is something wrong with your jewel and your warranty has expired, It can always be repaired to as good as new.

You can exchange the product for another one.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Personalized products with an engraving cannot be returned.

Only natural diamonds are used. We use white and black diamonds. The diamonds are F-G color and VS – VVS quality.

All diamonds are set by hand in Antwerp.
